At Grizz Golf, we are committed to providing premium golf apparel and exceptional customer service. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to make it right. Please review our return policy below for details.

 

Eligibility for Returns

Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

Include the original packaging and any tags still attached.

A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards.

Final sale or clearance items.

Customized or personalized items (e.g., items with embroidery or custom logos).

 

Return Process

1. Initiate Your Return:

Email us at help@grizzgolf.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.

2. Ship the Item:

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label or instructions on where to send your item(s).

Please ship your return within 7 days of receiving approval.

3. Refunds or Exchanges:

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges will be processed promptly, depending on item availability.

 

Return Shipping Costs

If your return is due to a defect or an error on our part, we’ll cover the return shipping cost.

For all other returns, you are responsible for return shipping fees.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

 

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us at help@grizzgolf.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to provide a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.

 

Late or Missing Refunds

 

If you haven’t received your refund within the stated timeframe:

1. Check your bank account or credit card statement.

2. Contact your payment provider, as processing times may vary.
